Which of these services need surgery?
Most do not. Erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, prostatitis, urinary infections and many fertility problems are managed medically. Where surgery is indicated, it is explained in full — including what it will and will not change — before you decide.
Can I be seen for more than one problem in the same visit?
Yes, and it is often sensible. Erectile dysfunction and low testosterone frequently coexist, as do prostate enlargement and recurrent infection. Assessing them together avoids contradictory treatment.
Which services are available as day care?
TESA, PESA, varicocele correction, and most diagnostic procedures are day care, usually under local anaesthesia or brief sedation. Stone surgery, prostate resection and urethroplasty involve an inpatient stay.
Do you treat conditions not listed here?
We practise andrology, urology, male fertility and men's health only. Dialysis, kidney transplantation, paediatric urology and complex multidisciplinary cancer treatment are referred to larger centres rather than attempted here.
