About RAMS
A dedicated andrology and urology centre in Hanamkonda, built around a simple idea: men's health concerns deserve a specialist, not a general opinion.
Why RAMS Exists
For most men in the Warangal region, a sexual health or fertility concern has meant a difficult choice: raise it with a general practitioner who may not have the sub-specialty training, travel to Hyderabad, or — most commonly — say nothing at all and try whatever is being advertised.
RAMS Andrology & Urology Centre was established to close that gap. Dr. Rammohan Thatipamula returned to practise in Hanamkonda with an MCh in Urology and a Fellowship in Andrology and Men's Health, a combination that remains uncommon across Telangana and rare in this district.
That matters practically. Male infertility, erectile dysfunction, penile reconstruction and complex urological surgery are usually split between different departments and different hospitals. Here they sit with one specialist, in one building, which means fewer repeated tests, no contradictory advice, and one person accountable for your outcome.
The centre operates 24 hours because urological emergencies do not keep office hours. Testicular torsion can cost a man his testicle within six hours; an obstructed infected kidney can deteriorate faster still.
What We Stand For
Specialisation over generalisation
We do one thing. Andrology, urology, male fertility and men's health are all we practise, and that focus is what allows genuine depth in each.
Diagnose before treating
Objective testing comes first — uroflowmetry, Doppler, hormone profiles, semen analysis. Prescribing without a diagnosis is how men lose years to treatments that were never going to work.
Honest counselling
If a procedure will not help you, we say so. If your measurements are normal, we tell you plainly. This is a field crowded with aggressive advertising, and we would rather lose a procedure than mislead a patient.
Privacy as a design principle
A discreet entrance, private consulting rooms and access-controlled records. Embarrassment keeps men away from care for years; the clinic is built to remove that barrier.
Available when it matters
Torsion, retention and obstructed infection do not wait for clinic hours. We are open 24 hours, every day.
Everything under one roof
Consultation, diagnostics, day-care procedures and surgery at a single address — no shuttling between hospitals with a file under your arm.

MBBS, MS, MCh Urology · Fellowship in Andrology & Men's Health
With more than 20 years in clinical practice, Dr. Rammohan is among the few specialists in the Warangal region with formal fellowship training in andrology alongside an MCh in urology. That combination means male sexual health, fertility and urological surgery are handled by one specialist, rather than split across departments.

About the Centre
What makes RAMS different from a general hospital?
We practise only andrology, urology, male fertility and men's health. That focus means the equipment, the training and the clinic layout are all built around these conditions rather than shared across a dozen departments.
Who will treat me?
Dr. Rammohan Thatipamula personally — consultation, investigation, surgery and follow-up. There is no handover between departments, so nothing gets lost in a summary.
Which areas do you serve?
Patients come from Hanamkonda, Warangal, Kazipet, Narsampet, Parkal and across the wider Warangal district. The centre is on Hospital Street in Hanamkonda.
Do I need to travel to Hyderabad for specialist treatment?
For most conditions, no. Laser stone surgery, endoscopic prostate resection, microsurgical fertility procedures and urethroplasty are all performed here. Where a case genuinely needs a larger centre, we say so and refer.
Is the centre open at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, all seven days. Urological emergencies such as testicular torsion and acute retention are time-critical and cannot wait for morning.
How is my privacy protected?
A discreet entrance and separate waiting area, private consulting rooms, and access-controlled records. Nothing is disclosed to a spouse, parent or anyone else without your explicit consent.
Ready to talk to a specialist?
Consultations are private, unhurried and completely confidential. We are open 24 hours, all seven days, in Hanamkonda.
